Shipping address must MATCH address registered with the credit card issuer.  Orders placed resulting in a "NO MATCH" will not be accepted.

Payment Options
We gladly accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Check and Money orders. When paying by credit card we will ship only to the CARDHOLDER'S billing address (or alternate shipping address ADDED to the card's billing info).  An alternate shipping address is easily ADDED to the credit card's information by calling the 800 number listed on the back of the card! All prices on this site are quoted in United States currency and can change without notice. Furthermore, we only accept payment from verified Paypal customers.  If paying by Paypal we can ONLY ship to a "CONFIRMED" address and will not accept any Paypal payments using an unconfirmed address.  If you wish to pay via Paypal simply type "paypal" in the comments box during checkout and a paypal invoice will be sent asap.  If you are placing a paypal order over the weekend please wait until Monday morning for Paypal Invoice to be sent. You will have your Paypal invoice by 10:30 Monday mornings EST.

Note: If sending cash please send in a traceable form of delivery (ex. Fedex, USPS, or Certified Mail). Checks and Money orders can simply be made out to Cheap Hydroponics or simply use our initials "CH".   We try to sell everyone what they "customer" wants / feels is necessary to further their plants growing  potential.  We are nice people who in eight years have never cheated anyone.  No person employed by us is on any sort of commissioned pay. Ordering by Check or Money Order
If you would rather order by mail using money order, please go through the checkout process and include the invoice you received upon completion of the checkout process with your payment. Send money orders payable to Cheaphydroponics.com and mail them to the address listed below. Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check clears.

Shipping Policies
We primarily ship United Parcel Service (UPS) through all of the 48 US states. Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process based on item weight and shipping destination. We are more then willing to ship USPS for Alaska and Hawaii customers. Just email us.

The majority of orders placed before 2pm Eastern time (Monday-Friday) will ship same day if paying via credit card. Payments made by money order will normally ship the same day / next day the order is received.  If there are any problems concerning your order or if there is going to be any excessive delays in shipping your order you will be contacted via email.

Above picture shows estimated transit times on all ground packages we ship.  Number of days in transit from the time your order SHIPS (not necessarily from the time you place your order as it does take time to process and package your order).  Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software.  Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

Occasionally we will dropship an item/order to you if it is not currently in stock.  This generally does not mean your order will experience delay but please do not be alarmed if an item arrives a day or two later then the original shipment.

Return Policy
We accept product returns if there is a material defect in accord with the manufacturer's warranty, or damage due to shipping. Please inspect your products upon receipt, even if there is no visible damage. We cannot accept returns later than 15 days from time of purchase. Additionally, we can accept returns ONLY on items that we stock and do not accept returns for nutrients or liquids. If however, there is no material defect in the product to be returned, applicable re-stocking charges will be incurred. Cheap Hydroponics will not be held responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty Policy
All products are sold with the manufacturers warranty. This is normally one year. Please email us about specific warranties. Most lighting systems carry a 5 year warranty.
